| the
class is a contemporary class. it is a fusion of what i, through
my own education and especially my work as a professional dancer,
have discovered works for me and my body. it is a composition
of different styles, that have become the basis of both my classes
and my choreographic work. |

class can be structured according to the place it's being given
and will be made up of these elements: |
floor
technique
stretching
standing work
combinations/repertoire |
| classes
can be 1 1/2 hour but i prefer to teach 2 hour classes. |
| in
the classes i work with release-based floor technique and material,
that emphasizes very strong center work, placement and alignment.
detailed, refined movement and good sense of space are also
very important to me. |
| In
the class there can also be elements of yoga [dynamic or/and
yin] and stott pilates. |
