class description
the class is a contemporary class. it is a fusion of what i, through my own education and especially my work as a professional dancer, have discovered works for me and my body. it is a composition of different styles, that have become the basis of both my classes and my choreographic work.
the class can be structured according to the place it's being given and will be made up of these elements:
floor technique
stretching
standing work
combinations/repertoire
classes can be 1 1/2 hour but i prefer to teach 2 hour classes.
in the classes i work with release-based floor technique and material, that emphasizes very strong center work, placement and alignment. detailed, refined movement and good sense of space are also very important to me.
 In the class there can also be elements of yoga [dynamic or/and yin] and stott pilates.
